Dessert Adventures!

Our week in Arizona was filled with adventures!  80 plus degree temps allowed for hiking, biking, golfing, swimming, and more!

Harrison got his "adventure hat" so he could match Grandpa!  Grandpa introduced him to Geo-Caching.  He also took H on a long hike up Silly Mountain.  H made it all the way up despite a run in with a cactus!
Daddy, Auntie, and H got to see the dessert via a jeep tour.  Harrison really liked the guide "Smokey Joe"!

We took a ride up to Tortilla Flats.  Fun little stagecoach stop town.
Of course there was ice cream for everyone!

An attempt at a family picture...
We also visited a Ghost Mining Town.  Harrison liked the train ride with Auntie.

The fiddler was actually a former Minnetonka teacher that worked with Matt and Grandpa Mike!

The week was capped off with a birthday celebration for mommy.  The best part of the day was waking up and walking out to the kitchen.  The moment Harrison saw me he broke into the song "Happy Birthday" and gave me a big hug.  Throughout the day, he would just break into the song.  Birthdays are a big deal to a four year old and they certainly make everyone else's birthday bit more special!
