Spiderman!

What does a 3 year old choose to wear to bed...SPIDERMAN!  Apparently they match because the top and bottom both have Spiderman.

Easter Celebrations! (A little late...)

Thomas and Olivia Flynn came over to dye some Easter eggs with Grandma Nancy.

 Easter morning....the search for the basket went all through the house.  Finally some hints led H took the goods!

 We tried to get a picture of the Easter cake but it didn't really work...none the less...a great Easter!

Miss Quinn had her first meal on Saturday...no surprise, she liked it!

California Dreamin'!

The Lichty Family took their circus show on the road to California!  Q had her first airplane ride.  The way there she was AWESOME...ate and slept.  The way home there was about 20 minutes of screaming by her and intense sweating by me but finally she slept.

Harrison was a rockstar traveler.  As we were talking off he said "California...wooo whooooo!!!"

 We did a lot of picnic lunches.  We stayed in Dana Point just south of Laguna Beach...great ocean view!

 Monday we went to La Jolla and saw all the seals!

Our neighbors were staying down in San Diego so we spent one day with them.  Harrison was excited to see his best "gal pal" Nora!

 The weather was low 70's but it was sunny the whole time.  Harrison didn't care the temp...he wanted to hit the beach!  We spent one afternoon on Newport Beach.

 Wednesday we went to the San Diego Zoo.  Amazing!

 Harrison loved the giant panda and he picked a panda out as his souvenir.  He named the panda "Mickey Mouse"...because panda's ears look like Mickey Mouse ears.  (The kid actually has a point!)

Parting shot...sunset at the beach near the Ritz.  We watched the sunset each night...they were beautiful!  

A great trip!  

A trip to Dr. Bob!

What kid loves the dentist????  Our kid!  Harrison made his first trip to Dr. Bob's office today and he loved it!  

 He chose "Cookie Dough" flavor to get his teeth polished.

 He really was impressed with Dr. Bob's water gun and had fun actually spraying the water.

 Happy to report that Harrison has the proper number of teeth...20 to be exact!

 In neighborhood news....Jack's parents had a little girl named Molly last week!  Playdates will be extra fun now!!!

Irish Eye Smiling!

The kids are 3/8th Irish, which is the dominant nationality in their heritage, so we celebrate it.  This year, it was 80 degrees and sunny on St. Patrick's Day!  Perfect weather for shamrock shakes!  Grandma and Grandpa Lichty brought enough over for everyone (including Grandma and Grandpa Olmem who are helping out all weekend.) Harrison was in heaven!

 It has been so much fun watching the kids together.  Quinn just lights up when Harrison is around.
