Halloween Night!

Harrison had some Halloween surprises when he got home from school.  He thought it was just Grandma and Grandpa reading the paper...but when he looked behind the paper, he discovered some scary looking grandparents! (He thought it was fantastic!)

Then the doorbell rang...our first trick or treaters!?!?!?!
Hmmmm....those trick or treaters look an awful lot like our other grandma and grandpa!
 Miss Quinn's first Halloween!
Our Lady Bug didn't really want to get pictures taken.  You might remember that Harrison was a shark last year too.  Well...he liked it so much he wanted to it again this year (and it still fit)!
Couldn't go out without his partners in crime!
They hit every house in the neighborhood and raked in a good haul of treats!

Little Pumpkins!

Our church has a pumpkin patch as a fundraiser for the youth choir.  What better time to get some pumpkins!  (We got some a month ago but some hungry squirrels have been feasting on them!)

Harrison loved digging out the "guts" of the pumpkin.

 The finished product!

Autumn Days!

We have been lucky to have a couple of nice fall weekends.  We have managed to keep up with the leaves in our yard (somewhat), back some apple desserts, and start with the "comfort food" dinners.  Harrison has really like "helping" with the leaves.

Quinn has done her part with the fall chores...sitting contently in her walker and directing us all!

Party time!

Harrison had a great time at his buddy T's 4th birthday party this weekend!  First it was decorate the birthday boy!!!
After some playtime in the gym it was pinata time!  Harrison was pretty serious about getting to the candy!

 Finally....candy time!!
Had to post a pic of the cupcakes my friend Megan made...yes, she made chocolate legos!
Harrison waste no time in digging in!
Miss Q continues to be on the  move!

She also loves cooking up a storm!
She just needs to grow a little bit to be able to fully use the kitchen!
